In this workshop, Dr. Becky will help you understand anxiety and stress and will then dive into how to build resilience, teaching five categories of coping skills. She will model how to use these strategies so that after the workshop, they are easy to understand and implement in your daily life.
This 75-minute workshop includes 60 minutes of teaching and a 15-minute Q&A.
